The Mills Novelty Company produced some of the most reliable upright slot machines, trade stimulators, gambling machines, and arcade machines. Some other models Mills produced similar to this machine include: The Owl, The Judge, 20th Century, Roulette, Dewey, Chicago, Two Bits, Judgelet, Duplex, Cricket, and Big Six. The machines were made in Single, Twin, and Triplet. The 5 cent denomination is the most common, but were also made in penny, quarter, half dollar and dollar. Around the turn of the century there were several manufactures of these Casino Victorian era slot machines which include Caille Bros. Co., Victor, Mills Novelty Co. Watling Manufacturing Co., Pace, Foss Novelty, Gabel, White Manufacturing, etc.
